MLB’s (My Local Bobby) team of qualified and vetted Officers (known as Bobbies) provide cover every day of the year. This means that each and every one of our scheme members can relax in the knowledge that someone else is keeping an eye on their home night and day. Our members receive the ultimate in first response assistance from a trained Officer, usually with a response time of under TWO minutes.

Surveillance
With state of the art surveillance equipment our services offer round the clock monitoring of your home, grounds and location. We investigate anything that looks out of the ordinary with an immediate response support.
Security
We have marked security vehicles patrolling the entire Emerson Park area. Our vigilant team of security professionals offer visible and non-visible protection, ensuring the absolute maximum in security provisions.
Meet and Greet
Experience tells us that you are at your most vulnerable when entering your premises. Take advantage of the meet and greet service which is especially useful for lone travelers returning to an empty property in dark hours. Be safely escorted into your home by the Officer who will make sure everything is OK before he leaves.
Mobile Alerts
Our mobile alert service provides residents with a constant update on any security or safety matters. The message alert is sent out via WhatsApp broadcast.

Our qualifications
All of our staff are SIA (Security Industry Authority) approved guards and qualified First Responders. This means that not only do we look after our residents’ security, we also provide emergency first aid care, reaching you in a matter of minutes. Our security team carry defibrillators as well as first aid equipment to ensure that in the event of a problem, we can quickly be on site to help.

Our members benefit from live mobile alerts which inform our residents of any potential security issues. The security team authorise any alerts from residents themselves, to make sure that the members receive the right information, without being bombarded with unnecessary messages. We are here to look after the area so that you don’t have to give it a thought.
Good surveillance is the key to keeping a location safe and secure. Our services act as an excellent deterrent to the risk of burglary or break-ins. In the last thirteen years we have reduced overall crime by a whopping 65% with car thefts and burglaries thankfully an extremely rare occurrence, which shows how effective the service is. All of our members receive a stylish plaque to place in the front area of their property, as a clear indicator that their home is under close surveillance.
